  • November 1st, 2015
    • Letters of Intent have been submitted to the Army Corps of Engineers by the City of Johnstown requesting that the Corps develop a feasibility study program to explore revitalization options for Johnstown’s floodwalls. This is the first step of what is hoped to be a long and collaborative process.

 

  • November 20th, 2015
    • Members of the Creator Square Johnstown team had a positive meeting yesterday morning to discuss next steps in the project.

      The team discussed ways to move forward with the rehab of the future Creator Square building, which is located adjacent to Central Park.

      Paul Rosenblatt, lead architect on the project, stated, “We had a great meeting yesterday. Now that initial drawings are complete, the Creator Square Johnstown team is working on developing a timeline and refining the budget. Our goal is to secure the resources we need to begin the next phase of the project, renovation of the Parkview Building on Johnstown’s Gazebo Park building. It’s an exciting time for Creator Square.”
